You must use the "Contact Weldon Link" to get an RMA number before returning your item. The item must be returned in it's original packaging.

I will be happy to exchange any item for another item of equal value (minus shipping) when exchanged for another item within 15 days of receipt. You will receive the replacement once the returned item is received. If you choose a refund instead of exchange, the same terms apply, except there is a 10% restock fee

If the item is damaged or defective when received, you must use the "Contact Weldon Link" within 24 hours and notify of the damage and arrange for a replacement.

There are no returns or exchanges on items damaged for any other reason (including damage done by framing or mounting). This includes return shipping; you are encouraged to insure the item when shipping back.
